"I have been with Araf for over 16 years and up until recently it has been a great experience. They recently lost office help and the place is just not the same. Phone calls and voicemails go unreturned. I recently had a claim where my son was in an accident and had to get medical help for it. Didi they ever call after finding out to see how he is or how the claim is goig? Nope. I had to call to process the claim. If you want a company that is good at raising your rates and taking your money with no personal connection then they are for you. I preferred when it was a company that I felt like I knew the people. Also, good luck ever talking to Araf personally. He is never there or cares totalk to you unless he wants to sell you more products. I am currently looking into changing because of all of this."

"My father-in-law is a 50+ year State Farm customer. It's too bad that State Farm and Araf Evans aren't as loyal. He had 3 storm related claims over the last few years (no fault of his) and this awful company decided to drop this 84 yo Italian immigrant who decided to come to the US for better opportunity in the first place. Too bad this company is such a poor example of an American company. He is long retired and can't afford to pay the full price of repairs. Isn't that what insurance is for? It's interesting how quickly they wan't people to pay their premiums. Of course, you only see Araf and his team respond to positive comments. My recommendation would be to stay away from State Farm."
